$200.00 Booking Fee/$150.00 Security Deposit
 
 
RATES FOR NON-RESIDENTS
 
$400.00 Booking Fee/$300.00 Security Deposit
 
 
Note: Clubhouse must be cleaned and vacated by 2 A.M. to receive deposit back.
