The "Fairways of Tamarac" is a 55+ "Deed Restricted" 174 unit community located in northwest Broward County, Florida. Tamarac Fairways Association, Inc. filed as a Domestic Not-for-Profit Corporation with the State of Florida on July 10, 1973. The Association is approximately 48 years old according to documents recorded with Florida Department of State. 4 individual buildings (A, B, C & D) make up the association which is governed by an elected board of directors.
